EFC-ER Annual Conference 2017

Lodging Reservation 

We are excited you will be joining us for Annual Conference!

This form will register you to stay on campus at Malone University. Additional hotel accommodations options are available as well. Please refer to your brochure or visit www.efcer.org/annualconference for details.

You may check in at Malone University starting at 3pm on Friday, July 21, 2017, and must check out by 10am on Tuesday, July 25, 2017.

Please note: 

• All family and adult lodging will be in Malone University residence halls.
• All rooms have twin beds and are $25 per night (cash or check). Children under 12 years of age stay with parents at no extra charge.
• Arrivals before 6am will pay full lodging for the previous night.
• If you have a physical handicap and require special housing, register immediately as rooms are limited.
• If you wish to pay by credit card, the cost is $27 per night to cover processing fees. Credit cards will not be accepted at the registration desk.
• If you wish to pay by cash or check, please pay at the registration desk upon arrival at Annual Conference. Checks should be made payable to "EFC-ER." No payments will be accepted on Sunday. 
• No linen rentals are available.
