10:00 AM  Words with Friends is No Way to Write Your Rental Agreement, Jeffrey Greenberger, Greenberger & Brewer, LLP
Many of you have mastered the game "Words with Friends," learning how to pick just the right alternative of a word or synonym to fit the space provided and win the game. However, this selection of synonyms or optional words is no way to prepare and enforce a Rental Agreement. Our presenter will not only take you through his thought process in reviewing a lease and looking for the "wrong words," but also share some examples he has found over the years, of which a simple selection of one or two wrong words can unintentionally change the whole meaning of a lease provision. We are excited to present a fun, fresh presentation that will leave you flipping through your own Rental Agreement to ensure you have not made these same mistakes yourself.
