Lien Law Seminar

Jeffrey Greenberger of Katz, Greenberger, & Norton, LLC will address the changes to many aspects of our Lien Law that will affect your operations and bottom line beginning January 15, 2015. His discussion will focus on: the law's specific changes, changes you need to make to your rental agreements to comply, changes that need to be made to your lien sale procedures, the new way to handle vehicles in default, and what you need to do in order to make the new rental agreements enforcable with your current occupants.
