Personal Finance at the Fed

This workshop, presented by NCCEE and the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, Charlotte Branch, will provide interactive resources for teaching personal finance to middle and high school students. Teachers will receive certificates for 7 or 10 hours of PD. Lunch will be provided. There is no cost to attend, but space is limited so register now!

Please note that you will need to bring a laptop or tablet as you will need to access the internet during this interactive workshop. You will also need to bring a valid form of identification to enter the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, Charlotte Branch.

What is included?

  • 7 or 10 hours of high-quality training, financial literacy certificate provided. Please indicate during the registration process if you will need the additional 3 hours of PD.
  • Aligned to K-12 NC Essential Standards in and personal finance (6-12)
  • Lunch will be provided
  • All participants receive free resources
  • Every partiipant will have the opportunity to visit one-on-one in private with a financial advisor thanks to the dedicated volunteers who partner with NCCEE. There will be no sales pitch. This is simply to help you with your financial planning. Come prepared to ask questions.
