Please join the Middlesex 3 Coalition, Greater Lowell Chamber of Commerce (GLCC), Middlesex Community College (MCC), Greater Lowell Workforce Development Board (GLWDB) and UMass Lowell (UML) as we host MA Secretary of Labor and Workforce Development, Rosalin Acosta, for a panel discussion with four Middlesex 3 region companies that were on the Boston Globe's 2017 Top Places to Work list including Curriculum Associates, EMD Serono, Enterprise Bank, Kronos and The MITRE Corporation.  

Discussion includes:
  • Balancing strong company culture and employee engagement,
  • Ways to positively impact employee engagement,
  • Best practices for encouraging employee engagement.
