Come join Laketec at Boss Pro-Karting to learn how we've helped some of the largest organizations in Cleveland get more out of their existing Cisco network infrastructure by leveraging Aruba Clearpass in place of Cisco ISE to enhance security & user experience while improving reliability & reducing management overhead.

In this highly technical session we will explore the unique advantages that Clearpass can provide in Cisco and multi-vendor environments. We will provide live demonstrations of the following components on Cisco equipment while explaining the configuration steps required to enable each:

• Network Access Control (Wired & Wireless): Demo of a production ready NAC deployment using Cisco switches & wireless controllers to provide a highly secure and unified experience for users. We will also outline all configuration steps and demonstrate advanced features like wired guest redirect.

• Endpoint Profiling & Automation (IOT): Demo of how Clearpass uses advanced endpoint profiling techniques to automatically identify devices that connect to the network and ensure they are provisioned and secured without IT interaction. This is increasingly important with the exponential growth of insecure IOT devices being deployed in enterprise environments.

• TACACS+: Demo of how Clearpass can fully support TACACS+ authentication to provide a seamless transition from Cisco ISE while still providing granular permissions to network equipment, config change logging, etc.

• Deployment, Architecture, Licensing & Management: We will discuss the deployment architectures and, most importantly, demonstrate how simple it can be to build a complete ClearPass environment. This is no longer a 4 month endeavor as we can build basic production ready environments in a matter of days.
