Industry Engagement in Apprenticeship Training: International Perspectives

The consistent and effective participation of employers in apprenticeship training relies on a fundamental culture of training in the workplace.  Learning how a company, or country, develops and fosters its training culture may help us replicate the approach more broadly.

Following the Annual General Meeting for CAF-FCA members, all apprenticeship stakeholders are invited to join us for a roundtable on how employers create and implement a training culture. We will be joined by colleagues from Germany, Switzerland and the U.S. to hear how they approach employer engagement, giving Canadian stakeholders a chance to share our best practices while learning about approaches used elsewhere around the world.

Space is limited.
