Equity Crowdfunding Basics

Since 2016, companies have had the option of using Equity Crowdfunding to raise capital in IL. This workshop will review both the intrastate and interstate equity crowdfunding opportunities and requirements. It will take you through the entire process from creating and marketing a campaign to understanding post campaign compliance.

During this time, she has worked for DePaul University, the City of Chicago, The Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, and had her own law practice.
