2019 Camp Liberty 6th Annual Gala

 

WELCOME!!

Camp Liberty's Annual Fundraising Event is being held on April 27th, 2019.  This fun event will include a buffet style meal, bar, speakers, and of course various activities for fundraising like raffles (guns, 50/50 & Bucket) and auctions (silent and live).  We have some really great live auction items this year.  More may be added.

Live Auction Items

1. Travese City Day Trip:  Private Flight for 2 to Traverse City to enjoy a day of wine tours, eating and site seeing.
2. MIS Firekeepers Casino 400 Racing Package in Roush Suite:  Includes 2 passes with parking in the Roush Suite on Pit Row, buffet breakfast and lunch, refreshments, Pit Access, tour of garage, pit area, and the Roush team Transporter.  Also includeds a Q&A session with Roush drivers and crew members.
3. 1/2 day (5 hr) Walleye Charter on Lake Erie for 3 guests aboard Double J Sportfishing, MichiVentures LLC with Capt. Jim Balzer.
4. Pheasant Hunting at Tails-A-Waggin ranch in Marion, MI
5. Veteran-Made Barnwood Flag with Pledge of Allegiance inscription.
6. 1/2 of a pig:  Grain fed with no hormones.  
7. Custom made Long Bow
8. Gander Hunting Gear Package:  Pop up tent, deer cart and more.

The theme for the gala is 50's/60's.  Dress up in your favorite attire for the period, or just come as you are.

The event program will consist of updates on Camp Liberty activities, recognitions and guest speaker - Jenny Olsen, Host of Michigan Out-of-Doors television show.

1950's attire or Casual Dress, including jeans.

All sponsorships include level appropriate colored table trimmings and seat covers, color advertisement in the program (size dependent on level), display on sponsor screen, and podium mention.
