TOPIC:  Management of Rotator Cuff Tears

 The presentation will focus on rotator cuff tear causes, anatomy, examination, and imaging studies used to make the diagnosis and determine  non operative and operative treatment. Outcomes of surgical intervention and timing of return to work specifically in the Workers' Compensation patient will also be discussed.
