Prior to the State Archives, Ms. Jabrocki has worked at a number of institutions including but not limited to the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, the Redemptorists of Denver Province, the Rocky Mountain Jewish Historical Society, and the Sand Creek Massacre National Historic Site. His sole focus for the past 22 years has been developing and implementing document and records management solutions.</td> </tr> <tr class="row-9 odd"> <td class="column-1">Jeffrey Roberts - Executive Director, Colorado Freedom of Information Coalition</td><td class="column-2">Jeffrey worked in journalism and public policy before coming to the Colorado Freedom of Information Coalition as executive director in July 2013. He was at The Denver Post from 1984-2007 as a reporter, assistant city editor and data journalism specialist on The Post’s projects team. He later spent four years at the University of Denver’s Center for Colorado’s Economic Future. Early in his career, he was a reporter at the News-Press in Fort Myers, Fla. Roberts earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill.</td> </tr> <tr class="row-10 even"> <td class="column-1">John Seckman - Marijuana Enforcement Specialist, John Seckman and Associates</td><td class="column-2">John combines his experience as Executive Director and COO of LivWell Enlightened Health, one of the largest cannabis businesses in the United States, with his experience as Agent-In-Charge of the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division.  That along with 35+ years of senior executive experience in the private sector, both public and private, gives John a business perspective and understanding of the Cannabis business few others have.</td> </tr> <tr class="row-11 odd"> <td class="column-1">Judy Steele - Cannabis and Alcohol Regulatory Subject Matter Expert</td><td class="column-2">Judy is a Cannabis and Alcohol Regulatory Subject Matter Expert and provides consulting services to government agencies and industry professionals. Ms. Steele has an extensive background in government and business relations which includes experience in business licensing with the City and County of Denver and business formation filings, Uniform Commercial Code filings and Notary commissions with the State of Colorado – Secretary of State’s office. Judy was a key member in the Secretary of State’s Business Division’s transition from an all paper-based filing system to an online Web-based application process where customers are self served. She furthered her experience in business licensing with the Department of Excise and Licenses for the City and County of Denver. Judy has served as Interim Director and Deputy Director of Excise and Licenses. She was part of Denver’s Marijuana Policy team and was instrumental in implementing marijuana licensing for Denver.</td> </tr> <tr class="row-12 even"> <td class="column-1">Susan J. Sullivan, CRM - Information Governance Administrator, Pitkin County, Colorado</td><td class="column-2">Susan is currently the Information Governance Administrator for the Pitkin County. She escaped to Colorado from the U.S. National Archives (NARA) where she directed the Corporate Records Management Program. At NARA, Susan implemented Capstone email management, developed and managed the Toolkit for Managing Electronic Records, and the led NARA's shared drive cleanup initiative. In 2010, she received the AIIM Distinguished Service Award for her contributions to the PDF/A Standard. Susan has been managing electronic records for over 30 years.<br /> <br /> </td> </tr> <tr class="row-13 odd"> <td class="column-1">Jack Wylie - Legislative Liaison, Colorado Department of Personnel and Administration</td><td class="column-2">Jack is a seventh-generation of Arvada, Colorado. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Jack served as the legislative affairs director for the Associated Students of Colorado and then served as a communications and policy staffer for the Colorado State Senate President before becoming the legislative liaison for the Department of Personnel & Administration.</td> </tr> <tr class="row-14 even"> <td class="column-1">Ryan Zilm - President-Elect and Director of the Board, ARMA International; Records and Information Governance Manager, Tesoro Energy</td><td class="column-2">Ryan has been an active contributor to the Information Management profession since 1998, currently serving as the Manager, Records & Information Governance at Tesoro Companies, Inc. based in San Antonio, TX. He holds several ARMA and AIIM certificates, participated in the development of ARMA International’s Glossary of Terms, and is a Certified Records Manager. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BA in Administrative Leadership and is currently pursuing an Executive M.B.A. from the University of Texas San Antonio. Before shifting his talents to the Records and Information Management world; Ryan worked in the Information Technology profession servicing the Energy Industry. Ryan is an ARMA Tulsa Past President, has served as the ARMA Houston Program Committee Manager, the VP of Marketing & Technology for ARMA Rio Grande and today is a Director of the Board for ARMA International. He has been awarded the distinction of Chapter Member of the Year three times and Chapter Leader of the Year twice. Ryan also served in the IGP inaugural group and is currently a CRM Part 6 mentor, grader, and presenter. Today, he continues to actively contribute his knowledge and skills in support of Global Information Management.</td> </tr> </tbody> </table>
