Important Information

To Register Your Commitment: Complete an online registration form, including payment by September 17, 2021. The earlier you register, the more likely your preferred opportunity will be available and the more visibility you will receive. Upon registration, you will receive immediate email confirmation. Planning details will be emailed a minimum of three weeks pre-conference.

Custom Sponsorships: Should you find that your needs do not align with the sponsor options listed, please contact MeetingWise LLC at sboswell@meetingwise.net or (310) 973-9473, ext 104 to discuss customization options and your budget.

Logo & Ad Specs: Logo images must be jpeg or png, high resolution (a minimum of 300 dpi) and transparent if appropriate. Digital Ad Specs: Finished Digital Ads should be submitted as a high-resolution, widescreen (16:9) PowerPoint slide OR a PNG image. Banner Ad Specs: These are for the conference app and we will need TWO separate sizes: 640 x 150 pixels, PNG, JPEG, and GIF • 552 x 150 pixels, PNG, JPEG, and GIF
