2016-2017 CLA Orientation Pre-Registration 

Chase Leadership Academy (CLA) gives local high school students the opportunity to learn about job, life and career skills through a special mentoring program at Chase. Chase employees serve as mentors for one school year to help students learn about topics that supplement positive choices after high school.

**PLEASE NOTE** This registration form registers the student for the CLA Orientation Session to be held AT EACH SCHOOL. Dates will be announced prior to orientation and all students registered online will be called down for orientation.
