Learn how to take control of your diabetes today by joining us weekly for our Everyone with Diabetes Counts meetings on Wednesdays from June 22nd through July 27th from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm. This support program encourages small lifestyle changes and teaches you about diabetes and how it affects your life or that of your loved ones.
