5.23.22 Sumner Peck Ranch U-Pick Experience (PM) 

Bring your Scouts, classroom, teammates or other group out to Sumner Peck Ranch for a guided educational U-Pick experience. This two-hour program will include a nature walk, fruit picking, and educational activity where you will learn about the importance of pollinators, especially in a farm setting.

Cost is $20/youth participant and includes a U-pick container for each participant (containers hold approximately 4-5 lbs of citrus or 1-1.5 lbs of blueberries.) 

• Maximum group size is 24 participants (please note: there is a $100 minimum for group U-Pick programs; if you have less than 5 participants you are welcome to book a trip but will be required to pay the $100 minimum)

• Activities can be altered for preschool - 6th grade students

• Wherever possible, participant ages should not vary more than 4 years (e.g. the youngest participant is 6 years old and the oldest is 10 years old)

• Activities will be adjusted to youngest participants of the group (if there is a 7 year old and a 10 year old, material will be presented at the level of the 7 year old to ensure all participants comprehend the information)

• If there is anything we should know about the group (ADA, etc.) please provide us with that information in advance

Please note: payment will be collected via separate form.  A link to that form will be included your registration confirmation e-mail.  Payment must be completed within 48 hours of the confirmation being sent for your registration to be complete. If payment is not completed within 48 hours that date may be forfeited and you will be notified by e-mail that your registration is no longer valid.
