December 7th Cultural History Walk at Lost Lake 

Join guide Susan H. to explore the Lost Lake Nature Trail, look for local wildlife, and learn about Valley Yokut culture and uses of the land.  Susan H. has been volunteering with the Parkway for over a decade and has a deep appreciation for nature and indigenous peoples.

We will be meeting at the River Center (11605 Old Friant Rd, Fresno) at 8:45 am and carpooling to Lost Lake from there-- drivers will receive a pass for free entry to the park. Hike may be anywhere from 1-3 miles in length and will last approximately 1.5 hours. Please dress appropriately for a day outdoors (long pants, closed toed shoes, etc.) and bring sunscreen, binoculars, and water. This is a rain or shine event. Children 7+ welcome.
