Join guide Frank H. to look for signs of wildlife, learn about local history, and enjoy the autumn weather as you explore the nature trail at the south end of Lost Lake Park. Frank H. is a retired environmental educator and current interpreter for the National Park Service, specializing in John Muir reenactments.
We will be meeting at the River Center (11605 Old Friant Rd, Fresno) at 8:45 am and carpooling to Lost Lake from there-- drivers will receive a pass for free entry to the park. Hike may be anywhere from 1-3 miles in length and will last approximately 1.5 hours. Please dress appropriately for a day outdoors (long pants, closed toed shoes, etc.) and bring sunscreen, binoculars, and water. This is a rain or shine event. Children 7+ welcome.
