Dorkfest 2015    &    VDC Tour

August 21-23, 2015

Dorkfest 2015 will see us returning to the Vehicle Distribution Center in Oxnard.  We'll get together starting Friday night at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on the Ventura Coast.  Saturday morning we'll meet other BMW CCA members for a tour of the VDC.  Saturday afternoon you'll have your choice of an informal drive after lunch, a trip to the Mullin Museum* or some fun touristy things (links provided soon).  Or you can just kick back at the hotel pool and watch the world go by.  

Saturday evening is dinner at the Cafe Fiore.  If you still have energy you can stick around after dinner for music and dancing.  Sunday morning is a continental breakfast sponsored by Mr. Z3 at the NoSo Vita Cafe in Ojai.  After we've eaten, we'll take a scenic drive along Highway 33, with lots of photo opps and a chance to let your E36/8 enjoy the twisties.

Don't have an E36/8?  Still want to go on the  VDC Tour?  You can do that.  You can meet up with us on Saturday morning and tour the facility.  You won't get a shirt, and you can't park in the main parking lot, but you can still see where your car got off the boat.  Add the Mullin Museum to the afternoon and you'll have a perfect day.

There's still time before the event to contact Mr. Z3 and buy your own Dork.  Then you'll get the shirt!
