 SPEAKER PROFILES & TOPICS

Indiana State Patrol Trooper Dan Burch, owner of Hoosier State Training LLC, will present on "Use of Force Laws for House of Worship Civilians".

Carl Chinn was directly involved in two significant deadly incidents – both of which were at faith-based organizations. He is now PResident of the Faith Based Security Network and will speak on 2 topics; 

1. First Hand Experiences in Church Security
2. Trends and Statistics on Deadly Force Incidents at U.S. Churches

Elkhart County Sheriff's Office, Sgt. Steve Jastrzembski will present on  "After a DFI. What Happens When the 1st Officer Arrives, Safety Team Transition Responsibilities".

Former Elkhart County Sheriff, Brad Rogers, will speak as well. Sheriff Rogers is well known for successfully standing up between obtrusive and overzealous federal law-enforcment and a local Amish dairyman. Sheriff Rogers won that battle.
