"We are pleased that your group will be touring Tampa International Airport on Friday, December 9th @ 2:30pm. We have confirmed your arrival with our Guest Experience Department as they will facilitate your Airfield & Behind The Scene Tours. It is imperative that you follow instructions of your tour guide during your visit as your well-being is our utmost importance.
When arriving please follow the signs to Short Term Parking and take the red elevators down to the 2nd floor. The Guest Experience Representatives will meet you and your group in front of the Eurowings ticket counter. Here is where your group will begin their tour.
In order that we stay on schedule we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour time. Due to our other operational responsibilities starting on time is highly appreciated. For this reason, an arrival time 15 minutes past your scheduled time may result in your tour being cancelled. In the event of inclement weather Airfield Tours may be postpone or cancelled. Please make sure you wear comfortable closed toe walking shoes to enjoy the tours. Keep in mind, you will be accessing some secured areas and must adhere to TSA criteria when on a tour. No weapons, sharp objects, or anything not allowed through a security check point is permitted during the tour. However, you are permitted to bring your water bottles. Also, masks are currently optional inside the airport and tour bus."
