Classes run every Friday morning 8:30am - 9:45am beginning January 20th
Drop-in: $20/class
4-Session Package: $70
8-Session Package: $120
Each training session begins with comprehensive strength work. A certified strength coach will teach you how to safely utilize the most versatile and effective training implement in the gym: the barbell. For those with prior barbell training experience, we will sharpen the skills you have already developed and introduce you to new exercises that will broaden the scope of your current training regimen. Programming suggestions will be provided for use on training days outside of class time.
We will conclude each class with a high intensity conditioning effort designed to get your heart rate screaming and push you harder than you would ever do on your own.
This is more than a “workout” this is TRAINING. At Amarillo Strength & Conditioning we have a history of teaching our trainees how to:

We are committed to educating trainees on how to adopt a lifestyle that is aimed at enhancing quality of life and teaching athletes how to reach performance goals. Classes are open to anyone 16 years of age or older. Instruction is always provided to your ability and your level of training advancement.
