TPA Group Rate at the hotel is $149 per night plus state and local taxes. Closing date for the room rate is November 7, 2017. These rates are offered Thursday through Saturday.

Travel Information
To get to the Courtyard New Haven Hotel....
Fly to Tweed New Haven airport (HVN) Tweed is a regional airport served mostly by USAirways.
The hotel is a short 5-10 min taxi or Uber from the airport. The hotel does not provide shuttle service.
If you drive your car to the hotel, parking is vailable at $20/per day.
Travel from the hotel to the office will be provided by the TPA. Return travel also provided.
Train service is available to New Haven with taxi service to the hotel..check your local train schedules.

TPA Real World
The purpose of the unique practicum program is to offer a dynamic in-office learning opportunity for audiologists who provide tinnitus and sound sensitivity care for their patients. The program is designed to be completely interactive with the following elements:
Evaluation: Participate in evaluation and diagnosis procedures
Observation: Observe initial and follow-up sessions with new and current patients including counseling and device fittings
Case Studies: Review and share case studies
Role Play: Analyze and practice with colleagues
Discussion: Discuss your difficult "Real World" situations
Participants should have a background in current research, have completed a tinnitus training course, experience with patients and are ready to enhance their skills.

Registration Fees
Program fees are listed on the registration form which is found by clicking on the "Register Now" button below. Program fees cover the costs of the materials and adminstrative costs. Breakfasts, lunches and Friday night dinner are included. Hotel and transportation are not included in the program fee. Transportation to/from the Hamden office is covered in the registration fee.
The number of participants is limited. Each participant will receive a certificate of attendance indicating 15 clock hours of dynamic learning along with timeline and program description.
