Please note that the venue has changed.
"Trauma in the Context of School Safety" will now be held at the
CARVER RECREATION CENTER
Too often, a mentally ill child is a terribly traumatized child.
What can our community learn from the most recent school shooting in Florida? What role can trauma-informed schools play in preventing these tragedies?
Trauma in the Context of School Safety will explore how trauma and violence can reverberate throughout our lives, and how we can all work together to ensure that our children are not afraid to learn.
