Due to the generosity of our sponsors, ALD Connect will be able to provide limited financial assistance to out-of-state patients hoping to attend the Patient Learning Academy. If you require travel or lodging assistance, please fill out the registration form as soon as possible. Assistance will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis until our funds are depleted. It is our hope that we will be able to assist as many patients as possible so they may share the Patient Learning Academy experience.
