Artist Terms
Display Fees: Invited Artists are asked to register and pay online or mail a $100 check payable to Lovely Days in Paoli with a notation of “Art in the Mill Park” on the check. Early Bird registration is $75 if paid by January 4, 2014. Signed artist agreement, or acknowledgement of acceptance is effective with the receipt of payment. Payment is based on date of payment not date of registration. Fees may be paid in person prior to the day of the event in the Lovely Days (Mill Park Gallery) shop by cash or credit card. ALL ARTISTS MUST REGISTER USING THE LINK BELOW even if paying in person. Booth Fees must be paid by 5 PM on June 1, 2014 unless agreed upon by the consent of the event organizers. Fees are non-refundable as of May 1, 2014. Show will accept up to fifty-five artists with no more than ten of a specific media.
Jury Fees: Jury fee will be waived for returning atists and those who are on consignment for Lovely Days. First time artists must send a $15 non-refundable jury fee and three .jpeg images of your work by July 15, 2013 to Mark Dilley at mark@lovelydaysinpaoli.com. All application categories are open. We reserve the right to limit the number of artists displaying a given media to less than ten to preserve diversity of exhibitors.

Parking
Artists are asked to park their vehicles either along Range Trail Rd., Harrison Street or on Paoli Rd. Parking in the Canal Street lot and along Canal Street is very limited and will be limited to loading and unloading by artists and parking for Paoli Mill store owners and staff. Please do not park your vehicles in the lots of other local businesses. The north side of Canal Street is almost entirely private drive way.
Booth Sites
a. Artists will be assigned a generous 10’ x 10’ booth by the festival organizers.
b. Requests for end booths or other requests will be honored on a first come first served basis and must be made no later than 5 PM on July 1, 2014. All requests should be made on the registration page first and confirmed by e-mail
c. The artist will provide their own shelter/display space in the form of a tent or other professional display.
d. Displays that are judged by the event organizers to detract from the aesthetic of the event or seem to cause undo damage to the grounds of the event will be asked to be removed.
e. Artists may begin set up as of 5 PM on the 8th of August and must make every effort to be clear of their sight by 8 PM on the 9th..
f. Artists should be prepared to level displays/tents. While we will make every effort to assign only level booth sites some irregularities are present in the grounds.
Silent Auction:
Artists are asked to make a donation to the silent action. Proceeds of all sales from the auction will benefit the Autism Society of Greater Madison.
Food and Entertainment:
2014 Food and Entertainment Information will be forthcoming.
Taxes Etc.
Artists will be responsible for collecting and paying the 5.5% Wisconsin Sales tax on all items sold.
The event will be held rain or shine unless canceled by the property management. No refunds of booth fees will be issued after August 1st unless cancellation is forced by acts of God or property management out of the control of the event organizers
