Registered adult leaders, and 18+ year-old Venturers, who have completed the basic training required for their current position. |

What: |
Wood Badge is an advanced, national leadership course open only to Scouting volunteers and professionals. Scouters from Cub Scouting, Scouts BSA, Venturing, Sea Scouting, Exploring, as well as, District & Council Scouters are welcome, and belong here. |
|

The purpose of Wood Badge is to develop skilled leaders who can strengthen Scouting units. |
|
|
|
|
|
This course will be a joint venture between the Cimarron Council and the Cherokee Area Council. |
|
|
Each council will select half of the staff, and will be allowed to fill half of the participation slots. |
|
|
A maximum of 24 slots are available per council. |
|
|

Will Rogers Scout Reservation (located on the north side of Highway 64 about |
|
|
4.5 miles west of Cleveland, OK or about 1 mile east of the junction of Highway 99 & |
|
|
Highway 64). |

Session I: |
Start - 8:00 am on Friday, April 24 |
|
|
End - 5:30 pm on Sunday, April 26 |
|
|
|
|
Session II: |
Start - 8:00 am on Friday, May 8 |
|
|
End - 7:00 pm on Saturday, May 9 |

Registration: |
The cost of the course is $200 if paid in full by February 8, 2020. After February 8th the fee will increse to $230. Fee may be trasferable to an approved subsititue application if unable to attend. |
