ALZ: Mid to Late Stage Discussion Series: Fall 2019

The Discussion Series is a five-week series focusing on late stage dementia care. Each week, family caregivers and guest speakers will discuss continence care, safety and back wellness, transition to long term care and end of life decisions. Respite care is available in Milton for registered family members and must be arranged by August 27th.
