Cancellations & Substitutions
Cancellations received after October 1, 2018, will forfeit 50 percent of the registration fee. Substitutions are allowed by notifying continuing-ed@metastar.com.

Materials:
Hard copy handouts will be provided. The Healthcare Quality Handbook, 29th edition, 2016 (Janet Brown RN, CPHQ) is not required for this study session but is highly recommended by the session instructor as a study resource for exam candidates. Because our instructor, Susan Mellott, is an editor for this handbook, students are being offered a discount of $29 off the current price.
