Kurt Browning, Titan's Chief Development Officer, will give us an inside look at these projects:

• Legacy at Journal Center (including the Cabela's store) sited at the high visibility intersection of I-25 and Paseo del Norte;

• Santa Monica Center where two senior-focused projects are being developed across the street from one another, both on Titan's 60-acre site at Santa Monica Avenue NE between Louisiana Boulevard and San Pedro Drive;

• Highlands on Central, a new mixed-use community on Central Avenue, across the street from Presbyterian Hospital.

  Kurt Browning has twenty years of real estate development experience. He manages all development processes, entitlements, budgeting, design-construction management, as well as joint venture structure and opportunistic acquisitions focusing on all land uses. A graduate of Texas Tech University, Kurt has overseen over $750M in total development.
