WOD #2 “Pull it, like you mean it”

Break Reps up any way you want between partners.  Only 1 person working

  • 5 DL (Rx 225/155 Scaled 185/115)
  • 10 Pullups Rx C2B/PU Scaled PU/Jump Pullups
  • 5 DL (Rx 225/155 Scaled 185/115)
  • 10 TTB (Scaled Females KTC)
  • 5 DL Rx 275/175 Scaled 225/125)
  • 20 Pullups
  • 5 DL Rx 275/175 Scaled 225/125)
  • 20 TTB
  • 5 DL Rx 315/195 Scaled 255/135)
  • 30 Pullups
  • 5 DL Rx 315/195 Scaled 255/135)
  • 30 TTB
    • Scoring is Time, then total Reps

WOD #3 “Double Grace” (6o C&J For Time)

Partner #1 does Grace (30 C&J), then Partner #2 does Grace (30 C&J).  Partner MUST finish 30 C&J before other partner can go.

  • 30 C&J (Rx 135/95 Scaled 115/75)
    • Scoring is Time, then Total Reps
