Together to Zero: Climate Brainstorming Session 3/3/21 

The City is aiming to be carbon neutral by 2035! To reach this goal, the City is partnering with the community to design innovative climate strategies.

These two virtual Community Brainstorms, held in partnership with the Community Environmental Council, are a part of the City's Together to Zero climate campaign. The workshops will focus on Santa Barbara’s largest sources of greenhouse gas emissions – transportation, energy, and waste. In small groups, we will design potential local climate solutions. No idea is too small nor too big!

Spanish interpretation will be available with detailed instructions before and during the event on how to access the translation.

By joining you agree to receive communications from the City and to the meeting being recorded and posted online. If you would not like to be seen in the recording, simply turn off your camera while in the main meeting.

¡La ciudad tiene como objetivo lograr la neutralidad de carbono para 2035! Para alcanzar este objetivo, la ciudad se está aliando con la comunidad para diseñar estrategias climáticas innovadoras.

Estos dos talleres comunitarios virtuales, realizados en asociación con el Consejo Ambiental Comunitario (CEC), son parte de la campaña climática Juntos a Cero de la ciudad. Los talleres se centrarán en las mayores fuentes de emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero de Santa Bárbara: transporte, energía y desechos. En pequeños grupos, diseñaremos posibles soluciones climáticas locales. ¡Ninguna idea es demasiado pequeña ni demasiado grande!

 Habrá interpretación al español disponible con instrucciones detalladas antes y durante el evento sobre cómo acceder a la traducción.

Al unirse, acepta recibir comunicaciones de la ciudad y que la reunión se grabe y publique en línea. Si no desea aparecer en la grabación, simplemente apague su cámara durante la reunión principal.
