Free Leadership Coaching

We want every church leader to benefit from having a Catalyze coach. Instead of telling what to do and how to do it, Catalyze coaches are trained to help you maximize your own plans and live out God's calling for your life.

We want to offer you the opportunity to experience coaching for FREE by pairing you with one of our coaches-in-training. From February through June, your FREE Catalyze coach will provide a minimum of six coaching sessions. Although your Catalyze coach will be "in-training" they will have completed over 30 hours of training before they begin coaching you. In addition your FREE Catalyze coach will be supervised by a coach mentor who will insure you are getting great coaching. For your part, we ask that you commit to completing at least 6 coaching sessions with your Catalyze coach to fulfil their training requirements.
