Get involved in Venture Out! on Friday nights in Millcreek.  At our shows Festival guests enjoy live music, an outdoor movie, great food, recreation clinics, and exhibits.  This provides a great atomosphere for a very fun community market experience. Venture Out! is a travelling show which means new audiences for vendors and exhibitors each week.

In a Vendor...Venture Out! is seeking...

Products that are unique or unusual and products not already represented at the festival.  When there happen to be two or more competing vendors within a particular vendor category, the following criteria will be considered:

1. Vendors who are committed to the festival. (prompt, reliable, friendly, easy to work with).
2. If a vendor has demonstrated previously the above criteria, they will be given a higher rating and priority in the selection process.

Venture Out! reserves unconditional discretion to accept or refuse anyone as a vendor.

How Vendors Venture Out!

1. Review and Agree to Vendor Guidelines...see below

2. Understand Market Rules & Regulations

 Vendors and exhibitors must provide their own displays, tables and shade. Canopies and umbrellas are acceptable. Vendors and exhibitors are assigned spaces according to their individual requirements and space availability. Electricity is available for a fee. All space assignments are made at the discretion of our Market Manager.

3. Register to Submit a Vendor Application

4. Provide Payment  for Space ($40 per 10x10 space, $60 late fee)

Venture Out! Friday Night Timeline

 4:00pm – Vendor set-up begins

5:45pm - Vendors must be set-up

6:00pm – Show begins

9:00pm – Movie
