Dr. Randal Pinkett is the co-founder, Chairman and CEO of his fifth venture, BCT Partners, a multimillion dollar management, technology and policy consulting firm in Newark, NJ, a partner in Blackwell-BCT, a joint venture with Blackwell Consulting Services, and spokesperson for the Minority Information Technology Consortium. 

From corporate executives and government officials to students and community leaders, Randal has addressed audiences on topics such as entrepreneurship, technology innovations, career management and academic excellence. He maintains an ongoing calendar of events and appearances.

As a Rhodes Scholar and former college athlete who holds five academic degrees from Rutgers, Oxford and MIT, Randal has published several scholarly papers. Randal is the author of Campus CEONo-Money Down CEO, and Black Faces in White Places.

Randal firmly believe that "for those to whom much is given, much is expected." He seeks to use his God-given talents in the service of others through his business and entrepreneurial endeavors, speaking engagements, research, writing, and civic, community and volunteer activities.

ABOUT THE EMPOWER Series                         
The EMPOWER Series presented by Comerica Bank is a FREE monthly financial coaching and counseling workshop series   (Underwritten by Comerica Bank and put on by the National Association of Black Accountants - DFW Chapter ) where a local or national guest speaker shares their inspiring personal story of empowerment and/or covers a financial literacy topic. The series began at Southern Methodist University (SMU) in March 2011; moved to the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) from April 2011 to December 2012; moved to Cedar Valley College (CVC) from January 2013 to November 2014; and beginning January 2015 is now being held at Highland Hills Public Library. The workshops are held on the 3rd Saturday of each month from 10:00 am to 12:00pm.
