"Criminal Justice Reform in Spokane." Justin Bingham, City Prosecutor since 2014, has become heavily involved in the criminal justice reform efforts in Spokane. He has served as a prosecuting attorney for the City of Spokane since graduating from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2001.
