Topic: Exercise Best Practices to prepare for large-scale incidents. GridEx is nation-wide exercise for over 350 electric utilities that lasted 2 days. This presentation will focus on how to develop exercise scope, objectives, exercise plans with injects, identify roles and responsibilities, coordinate training, observe game play, perform surveys, and conduct after action reviews for any size exercise.

This presentation will help all of us with our exercise planning - no matter the size or scope!

Speaker: 

Pete Slintak is an Enterprise Risk and Resiliency Analyst at Tri-State Generation and Transmission, Inc. Pete has over 20 years of business continuity experience providing consulting to clients in the manufacturing, high technology, government, transportation, pharmaceutical, chemical, energy, automotive, financial services, and retail sectors. Pete has been a member of CRMC-ACP since 2006, served as Program Director, was ACP MVP in 2008 and is again on the Board as Secretary.
