Rural Action Watershed Tour 2020 Group 1
On Friday, October 30th, join Rural Action’s Watershed Program for a tour of exciting watershed restoration project sites to see how water quality is being preserved and enhanced in Southeast Ohio.
On the tour you will learn about efforts to improve the Rush Creek watershed at the Rehoboth Wetland, examine fish from Monday Creek at the Ora E. Anderson Nature Trail, and visit the worst AMD seep in Ohio to check out how we are turning pollution into art at True Pigments. At each site we will hear from a presenter who will talk about the project taking place and answer questions from the group.

Participant numbers per tour group will be limited in order to ensure safety. Participants are responsible for their own transportation during the tour. Each tour group will have a leader who will guide the group to each tour stop. Total driving time between tour sites is approximately 1 hour and groups will spend 30 minutes at each tour site.
