Improving health: a focus on state and regional data and approaches

At this regional forum, held in Toledo, stakeholders will learn about Ohio’s overall health status and challenges, as well as health disparities and inequities experienced by minority and other populations across the state. Data and information will be shared from the 2017 HPIO Health Value Dashboard and the 2016 State Health Assessment (SHA).

Attendees will also learn about the 2017-2019 State Health Improvement Plan and how it can be used as a template for local-level health improvement planning.

The forum will highlight actionable, evidence-informed strategies that can be implemented by local health improvement initiatives to improve health outcomes in the region.

Registration begins at 1:00 pm, with program starting at 1:30 pm.

Forum attendance is free of charge.
