The 2022-23 Council looks forward to welcoming you to Coeur d'Alene (pronounced KOR d-LAYN), a satellite city of Spokane, Washington, which is located about 30 miles west.
Situated on the north shore of Lake Coeur d'Alene, which is 25 miles long, it is known as the "Lake City" or by its initials "CDA".
The beautiful resort, located on the Lake, provides the perfect setting to interact scientifically and socially.
Weather permitting, events such as the Welcome Reception and family breakfasts are scheduled to be outside on the beautiful resort property. The family-friendly President's Dinner will be held in a lakeside venue with ample space forour traditional outdoor family yard games( and hula hoops, of course) and a hosted dinner.
We have some great family activiies planned that will showcase all that Coeur d'Alene and Nothern Idaho have to offer.
Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy: Full refund, less a 10% cancellation fee per person, will be processed within 30 business days after the meeting for cancellation requests received by June 14, 2023 After this date, refund requests may be submitted to info@cdabo.org for consideration if based on a family illness or emergency.
Meeting Terms & Conditions: By registering for and attending the 2023 CDABO Annual Meeting in Sonoma, California, I agree that the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Orthodontics and their authorized agents are hereby released from any damages caused or incurred in connection with this event. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, or any other record on my/our participation in this event. I agree to abide by and engage in certain health-and-safety-beneficial conduct while attending the event. This includes, but is not limited to, submitting to local and facility guidelines in place during the event. I further agree to forgo attending the in-person event in the event that I become ill or have been recently exposed to COVID-19.
Additionally, by registering for and attending the 2023 CDABO Annual Meeting, I further acknowledge and understand that my voluntary attendance at any public event, business or institution may cause me to be exposed to another individual who is carrying or otherwise contagious with respect to COVID-19. I acknowledge and agree that CDABO is not legally liable or responsible should I be exposed to an individual carrying or contagious with COVID-19 while at the 2023 CDABO Annual Meeting, and I further agree and hereby release CDABO from any and all legal liability, responsibility, or other claim for damages should I be exposed to and/or contract COVID-19 while attending the 2023 CDABO Annual Meeting.
