College of Diplomates 2022 Annual Meeting

Register early to bring your family to the rolling hills and Tuscan feel of northern California's wine country and celebrate being back together again at this intimate annual College gathering that combines learning, enjoyment, and summer family vacation memories. 

Please be assured the College is prepared to follow the local and facility guidelines to provide a safe and healthy environment for your family to connect with College friends and colleagues.  Weather permitting, events such as the Welcome Reception and family breakfasts are scheduled to be outside on the beautiful resort property.  The family-friendly President's Dinner will be held at Viansa Winery that sits atop a vineyard-covered hill with panoramic views of the surrounding Sonoma Valley and ample space for outdoor family yard games, a hosted dinner, and wine tasting for adults.

Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy:  Full refund, less a 10% cancellation fee per person, will be processed within 30 business days after the meeting for cancellation requests received by June 20, 2022.  After this date, refund requests may be submitted to association.info@icloud.com for consideration if based on a family illness or emergency.

Meeting Terms & Conditions:  By registering for and attending the 2022 CDABO Annual Meeting in Sonoma, California, I agree that the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Orthodontics and their authorized agents are hereby released from any damages caused or incurred in connection with this event.  I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, or any other record on my/our participation in this event.  I agree to abide by and engage in certain health-and-safety-beneficial conduct while attending the event. This includes, but is not limited to, submitting to local and facility guidelines in place during the event.  I further agree to forgo attending the in-person event in the event that I become ill or have been recently exposed to COVID-19.
 
Additionally, by registering for and attending the 2022 CDABO Annual Meeting, I further acknowledge and understand that my voluntary attendance at any public event, business or institution may cause me to be exposed to another individual who is carrying or otherwise contagious with respect to COVID-19. I acknowledge and agree that CDABO is not legally liable or responsible should I be exposed to an individual carrying or contagious with COVID-19 while at the 2022 CDABO Annual Meeting, and I further agree and hereby release CDABO from any and all legal liability, responsibility, or other claim for damages should I be exposed to and/or contract COVID-19 while attending the 2022 CDABO Annual Meeting.
