College of Diplomates 2021 Annual Meeting

Bring your family and comfortable shoes to explore the historic district each afternoon, or enjoy one of the unique group tours or outings we have arranged to tour the city or surrounding waters.  Register early to be a part of this small, intimate College gathering and, after such an unbelievable year, look forward to a spring outing in Savannah. We can’t wait to see everyone again!

An excellent scientific program is a hallmark of the College Annual Reunion.  Our Scientific Chair, Dr. Jae Park, has continued that tradition, and has assembled a fantastic group of speakers to focus on clinical orthodontics. In addition, we look forward to honoring several of our leaders who have truly gone “a step beyond” in their service and dedication to the College and our specialty.

Please be assured we will continue to monitor state and federal guidelines related to COVID-19, as our top priority is to provide a safe and healthy environment for your family to connect once again with College friends and colleagues.  Weather permitting, events such as the Welcome Reception, family breakfasts, and President’s Dinner are scheduled to be outside on the beautiful resort property.  Current guidelines regarding socially distanced seating in the lecture room, however, will mean that registration is currently limited to the first 90 doctors, plus their family members. 

Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy:  Full refund, less a 10% cancellation fee per person, will be processed within 30 business days after the meeting for cancellation requests received by February 15, 2021.  After this date, refund requests may be submitted to association.info@icloud.com for consideration if based on a family illness or emergency.

Meeting Terms & Conditions:  By registering for and attending the 2021 CDABO Annual Meeting in Savannah, GA, I agree to abide by and engage in certain health-and-safety-beneficial conduct while attending the event. This includes, but is not limited to, submitting to restrictions set in place during the event that may include wearing a mask at all times in indoor public areas and engaging in appropriate physical distancing.  I further agree to forgo attending the in-person event in the event that I become ill or have been recently exposed to COVID-19.
 
Additionally, by registering for and attending the 2021 CDABO Annual Meeting, I further acknowledge and understand that my voluntary attendance at any public event, business or institution may cause me to be exposed to another individual who is carrying or otherwise contagious with respect to COVID-19. I acknowledge and agree that CDABO is not legally liable or responsible should I be exposed to an individual carrying or contagious with COVID-19 while at the 2021 CDABO Annual Meeting, and I further agree and hereby release CDABO from any and all legal liability, responsibility, or other claim for damages should I be exposed to and/or contract COVID-19 while attending the 2021 CDABO Annual Meeting.
