About the Speaker
Josh Bastian is responsible for leading the DryMaster vision to restore lives, businesses and communities. He works diligently to implement the company’s core values: Integrity, Honesty, Customer Service, Trust and The Golden Rule. Josh currently sits on the SCAQMD working group for updates to rule 1403.
Josh holds the California Class B General Building, Class C-36 Plumbing and Class C-11 Elevator Installation licenses (991029). He has also received the Property Technical Certification from the institutes Risk & Insurance Knowledge Group, and continues to grow his technical knowledge and skills to accurately adjust to the often changing residential and commercial property losses.
Josh is a certified Asbestos Abatement Contractor and received his certification from the South Coast Air Quality Management District for Rule 1403 – Asbestos Emission from Demolition/Renovation Activities. Josh holds his Water Damage Restoration and Mold Remediation Technician with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC).
