We are PROUD to announce the guest speaker for Octobers monthly Long Beach FIBI meeting.  Angel Bronsgeest, has agreed to come and discuss the pros and cons to investing "Out Of State" versus "In State."

Are you interested in learning how to effectively manage your properties from out of the area as well as in your area?  Are you interested in learning how the pros manage their investments and the systems they have setup.  Well this month's speaker is a woman who has an elaborate amount of experience doing just that! Angel Bronsgeest and her team of SIX have successfully purchased over 197 doors (multi-unit doors). She is a full-time investor currently focused on buy-and-hold properties, with an emphasis on controlling  cash-flowing properties attained by using very small amounts of money.

Like most of us Angel started out in a different field. With 9 years of medical malpractice defense and 18 years of personal injury her previous life as a paralegal was very rewarding. The skill sets she acquired from that career make her particularly effective when communicating with tenants. Helping investors from Utah to California Angel has tons to share! Come catch this California native, share a wealth of knowledge about how to communicate effectively with your tenants.
