Mathew Owens, CPA and CEO of OCG Properties has completed over 100 transactions in the past three years alone, most of which has been sold to investors or held for long term growth.  OCG currently manages a portfolio of all cash flow Investors and has raised over $9 million in funds through various investment vehicles.  OCG’s team has experience in various aspects of real estate investment and in-sources due diligence, acquisition, renovation, property management and sales on all of its properties therefore increasing efficiency and decreasing outsource risk.  Mathew graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a B.A. in economics with an emphasis in accounting and earned his CPA license in 2000 passing all four parts in one sitting, a task that only 10% of CPA candidates have been able to do.  Mathew specializes in real estate investments combined with corporate and individual taxation, assurance services, and business and real estate consulting.  He worked as a CPA, auditor and business advisor while running his own tax business before founding OCG Properties.  Currently OCG Properties provides turn-key investments through trust deeds, joint ventures, discount investment properties and syndicated investments where all of the due diligence is done for the investor.

 

Amanda Han, CPA has over 10 years of experience as a real estate investor and tax strategist who specializes in creating cutting-edge tax saving strategies. Amanda has significant real estate holdings personally ranging from condos and single families homes to apartments and commercial retail spaces. As a real estate investor and tax strategist, Amanda has an in-depth understanding of the various aspects of investing including taxation, deal structuring, entity structuring, and money-raising. Amanda is an educator and frequent lecturer for real estate investment communities, self-directed IRA companies, and wealth building communities. Amanda has recently been selected to be the Lead Instructor for the National REIA Organization teaching investors all across the nation on how to use top-notch tax strategies to significantly increase monthly cash flow. She is certified by the CA State Board of Accountancy and a member of the prestigious American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
