Introduction to NCQA PCMH Recognition and HPC PCMH PRIME Certification Training Registration

Please join us for this 1.5 day seminar in which NCQA faculty will review the NCQA PCMH 2017 standards, documentation requirements, and application process. The training will also include a unit on the PCMH PRIME program and certification process, with a focus on the PCMH PRIME program updates released in September 2017.
