Good food,  mindfulness, and a walk in the park will be part of the Annual Women's Community Spiritual Retreat led this year by Stephanie Nash, who recently demonstrated laughing as a healing exercise on the Deepak Choopra Show.  Stephanie is a long time student of Shinzen Young, a guru of Vipassana or "insight" meditation.  

The center itself and the revitalized Echo Park Lake across the street with its great egrets and signature fountain provide a beautiful, serene environment for the day's activities.

$20.00 registration fee includes buffet breakfast and lunch.  Scholarships are available.  Sponsorships are welcome.  Free, secure parking under the building.  You may register online by clicking below.
