Richard Dobson Jr., CFP, is president of American Financial Management (www.afm-invest.com), an SEC Registered Investment Advisor. Since 1983, American Financial Management has specialized in third-party asset management for variable annuities, variable universal life, and mutual fund sub-accounts. AFM allows advisors and their clients to utilize its services on existing accounts, eliminating the need for transfers and switch letters. Dobson is an 11-year member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and currently serves on the MDRT Finance Committee in addition to his duties as an MDRT Foundation Trustee.

Aamir Chalisa, MBA. LUTCF is a 25-year resident of Chicago with over 23 years of experience in sales and sales management in the insurance and financial services industry. He has his MBA in Finance and Marketing from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and has won many sales and sales management awards from GAMA and companies he has worked for throughout his career, including qualifying for Million Dollar Round Table numerous times. He lives with his wife and two children in Naperville where he is very involved in the community, serving as President of the FBI's Chicago Citizens Academy Alumni Association and as General Secretary of the FBI's National Citizens Academy Alumni Association as well as being active in a variety of community-based organizations. He also enjoys traveling and has traveled the world.

NAIFA 20/20 Strategic Plan for Success

As NAIFA’s Chief Executive Officer, Kevin M. Mayeux, CAE, oversees the NAIFA National staff at NAIFA’s headquarters in Falls Church, Va. Mayeux manages all external affairs of the Association, including relationships with life, health and financial service companies, other industry organizations, legislators and regulators. Internally, Mayeux manages day-to-day headquarters operations, provides support and advice to NAIFA’s Board of Trustees and committees, coordinates Federation activities, and oversees NAIFA’s operating policies and procedures.

Prior to joining NAIFA, Mayeux was Executive Vice President, Chief Officer for North American Operations and General Counsel for the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), an international professional society with 185,000 members throughout 190 countries. Mayeux received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and took Masters in Political Science and Public Administration courses concurrent with his Juris Doctorate at the University of Florida in Gainesville, where he also served as Student Body President.
