Adam Wall, Protective Life Corporation, Regional Vice President, IL, IN, and WI. Adam
is responsible for Life distribution for Protective Life for Illinois, Wisconsin, and Northern Indiana. Adam
brings over 14 years’ experience in the financial services industry to the table. He has worked as an independent agent, with a large Executive Benefits Broker, 9 years with a large Life carrier and most recently with Protective Life. Adam has his Bachelor of Administration degree in Finance from University of
Wisconsin – Eau Claire. He currently lives in Pewaukee, Wisconsin with his wife, Jennifer, and two young sons, Colton (5) and Beckett (2). Adam will be discussing "IRA Maximization".
Nicole E. Broch, CIC, CISR, PLCS, Nicole Broch is a multi-line independent insurance agent and manages the Heartland Credit Union/R.W. Troxell Insurance Center; a successful financial institution/agency partnership in Springfield, Illinois. She attended The Hartford School of Insurance and achieved her National Underwriter awarded Personal Lines Coverage Specialist (PLCS) designation in 2005. She went on to receive the National Alliance CISR designation in 2007 and CIC designation in 2009. Nicole’s business focus is personal lines, ancillary small commercial for personal lines accounts, and small farm and agri-tourism coverage. Nicole is actively involved in all levels of the International Association of Insurance Professionals (IAIP). She has conducted young professional breakout sessions at the regional and international level
and frequently presents industry-related courses at the local and state IAIP levels. Nicole also teaches Errors &
Omissions, Ethics, Customer Service as well as CISR modules for the National Alliance. Originally from Florida, Nicole has a Bachelors degree in English from Florida State University and a Masters degree in Public Administration from the University of South Florida. Nicole and her husband, Matt, have two children, Natalie and TJ, and enjoy playing golf, spending time with family, and volunteering in their community. Nicole will be discussing "Leading the Cusp".
Brian Heckert, MDRT President, CLU, ChFC, of Nashville, Illinois, is the President of MDRT and a 26-year MDRT member with seven Court of the Table and seven Top of the Table honors. He is a Legion of Honor
Excalibur Knight of the MDRT Foundation and a member of its Inner Circle Society. His Round Table volunteerism includes speaking at the MDRT Annual Meeting and MDRT Experience Meeting, as well as service on multiple MDRT committees and task forces. Highlighted leadership roles include serving on the
MDRT Foundation Board of Trustees for three years as Divisional Vice President for the following groups: 2012 Membership and Leadership, 2010 Annual Meeting Program Development Committee and 2000 Annual Meeting Program General Arrangements. Heckert is the founder and managing member of Financial Solutions
Midwest LLC, a financial planning firm in southern Illinois where he offers Securities through NFP Securities Inc., Member FINRA/SIPC. Since 1985, he has focused his practice on creative retirement plan design and income distribution planning. Heckert is a frequent industry speaker and has been quoted in numerous business, industry and association publications. Brian will be discussing "Sales Ideas from the Top of the Table".
