Presenter: Walter Harrison, President Emeritus of the University of Hartford Walter Harrison is president emeritus of the University of Hartford. He served as president from 1998 until 2017. He held a number of volunteer leadership positions in the NCCAA Division I Board of Directors and has a unique perspective on student athletes.
