C-STEM is an international STEM education program that offers curriculum which emphasizes hands-on, project-based learning, supports Pre K-12th grade teacher and student involvement in creative real-world problem solving. Through C-STEM, teachers and learners experience the latest trends in STEM education and create and innovate using instructional tools designed by a STEM Innovator and Social Entrepreneur.
In Michigan, C-STEM is partnering with DAPCEP to support the participation of Michigan schools in its curriculum training, facilitation, and participation in the 2015 CSTEM Challenge Regional Competition on April 10-12th in Detroit, MI at Cobo Hall during the Shell Oil Company Eco-marathon. Both organizations believe that building a prosperous and sustainable future for Detroit begins with STEM education.
